“I simplify the confusion of the legal process by listening carefully to client’s concerns, educating them about the process, and guiding them through the process in a personal and professional manner.”

Ms. Podell is recognized by her peers as a leader in the field of family law.  She served as Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law in 2004-05 and Chair of the Wisconsin Bar Family Law Section 1997-98.  She is also active in the dispute resolution community and is a Director of the Cooperative Divorce Institute, and a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professions.  Ms. Podell has lectured throughout the country and authored numerous articles on family law topics ranging from ethics to marital agreements to tax-related issues.
